As a Recruitment Practitioner – Phone Support, you will: ✅ Facilitate the volunteer recruitment process ✅ Conduct initial screening interviews to assess suitability ✅ Manage induction and onboarding of new phone support volunteers ✅ Introduce new volunteers to our Volunteer Management System (Better Impact) ✅ Coordinate with team leaders to match volunteers with the right support services ✅ Conduct exit interviews and help improve volunteer retention
