RECRUITMENT COORDINATOR
What You’ll Do: • Oversee the recruitment process in line with People & Culture procedures. • Manage the recruitment team responsible for advertising, recruiting, and onboarding volunteers for frontline, phone support, and core operational services. • Develop and implement strategies to attract volunteers across all service areas. • Ensure advertisements are placed on SEEK Volunteer, Facebook Community Pages, University Job Boards, and other relevant platforms. • Streamline communications with volunteers from registration of interest to onboarding, ensuring all messaging is clear and consistent. • Oversee the induction process, ensuring volunteers receive proper orientation. • Manage Better Impact (Volunteer Management System) to support new volunteers in acquiring essential skills. • Keep Frontline Leaders, Phone Support Leaders, and Core Operational Service Teams informed about new volunteers joining their areas.
