PEOPLE AND CULTURE COORDINATOR
What You’ll Do: • Lead the recruitment and training teams to attract and retain volunteers. • Develop and implement a workforce planning model in line with the business strategy. • Review and refine People & Culture policies, processes, and procedures. • Oversee Better Impact (Volunteer Management System) and ensure new volunteers receive essential training. • Work closely with Frontline Leaders, Phone Support Leaders, and Core Operational Services teams to ensure volunteers are assigned effectively. • Provide a monthly report on People & Culture issues and key concerns for board meetings.
