What You’ll Do: ✅ Work with the National Operations Manager to allocate $25 food vouchers annually by region ✅ Coordinate with Finance to ensure budget provisions are made ✅ Support Fundraising efforts by providing details for grant applications ✅ Set and manage weekly budgets for each location ✅ Purchase and distribute weekly vouchers, maintaining adequate supply levels ✅ Monitor warehouse stock and restock as needed ✅ Develop a tracking process for voucher distribution, ensuring fair allocation ✅ Maintain a register and provide monthly reports on voucher usage ✅ Contribute to improvements in warehousing and distribution processes
