What You’ll Do: ✅ Call new partners to welcome them and understand their situation ✅ Follow up if they don’t respond right away ✅ Update partner details in our system (training provided!) ✅ Work with our Volunteer Connection team to match partners with a Phone Support Volunteer ✅ Let partners know who will be supporting them and explain the process ✅ Check in regularly to ensure they feel supported ✅ Help make sure partners receive the right help from their assigned volunteer
