As 4 Voices VAN CARETAKER you are required to help maintain facilities and servicing of the outreach services van, including:

● All Van maintenance, stocking of supplies and cleanliness ● Replenishing stock ● Facilitating Van services and repair through our service supplier.

As the Van Caretaker you are responsible for:

● Support the relationship with the Service Provider partner where van is going being garaged - plugged
● Review VAN CARE MANUAL AND USE MANUAL to care for and troubleshoot any issues ● Complete Van Maintenance (cleaning and general maintenance tasks) ● Replenish all van supplies (toner, beverages, cups,etc) ● Maintain stock and record keeping of stock ● Organise services, repairs of van ● Communicate any van issues/changes with relevant Leaders

If you can help us for 3 -4 hours per week to keep our outreach van maintained this is the volunteer role for you.
