We Know We Are Heroes When We (Key duties):

• Collect every donation on maps and Run Sheet
• Completed empty and clean bins
• Unload donations at the warehouse
• Complete daily general vehicle maintenance including cleaning, refuelling, checking tyres, oil and water
• Provide excellent customer service to Donors
• Be efficient and effective in our work and help other teams do the same
