We are looking for a receptionist to answer the 4 Voices mobile phone. Calls can be from volunteers, potential volunteers, women we support, or general enquiries. Some of the calls are from people in distress.

• Your role will be to deal with and/or triage these calls depending on the nature of the enquiry.

Experience with Microsoft products would be useful, but mainly this role is about listening and dealing with people from vastly different backgrounds, with empathy and without judgement.
