Administration Assistant - Operations
We are looking for an experienced administrator to be responsible for supporting the CEO and Operations Manager reducing the workload of both from an administration perspective. Your role will be to:
- Manage calendars, organise meetings and appointments
- Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation
- Organising events and speaking engagements
- Preparing reports, presentations and other documents
- Collating receipts for accounts department
Administrative experience essential, recent experience in Microsoft Teams plus good organisational skills, attention to detail and communication skills will be essential.
