Administrator - Volunteer Management System
We are looking for an experienced administrator who can help maintain our volunteer rostering, communication, and reporting system, which is called Better Impact. Your role will be to:
- Build an understanding of the system so that you can
- Add or modify rosters
- Add volunteer information and send communications (emails and texts)
- Pull reports for the CEO and management team
- Other admin tasks as required
The system is intuitive, so there is no requirement to have previous experience with this system, however, good organisational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills will be essential.
