Recruitment Coordinator
4 Voices is a growing charity committed to providing practical and immediate support to women in crisis. With over 500 volunteers already we are building a team of people who are united in the fight against domestic violence and social isolation.
We are looking for an experienced HR or recruitment coordinator who can help grow our expanding team of frontline and phone support volunteers throughout Australia.
Supervising recruitment specialists whose roles are to build our frontline and phone support service, your role will also include:
- Oversight of the placement of advertisements
- Fielding phone and initial enquiries
- Working with recruitment specialists to ensure candidates are assessed and onboarded
- Ensuring candidates are properly communicated to, assessed and onboarded.
- Maintaining contact with candidates until they are inducted and rostered.
