We are looking for an experienced HR or recruitment specialist who can help grow our expanding team of phone volunteers throughout Australia. Your role will be to:

• build, improve and implement attraction strategies for our growing team of phone support volunteers
• Write and place advertisements for suitable candidates
• Perform initial screening of applicants
• Send template emails to candidates
• Liaising with the recruitment practitioner who ensures successful candidates are onboarded according to 4 Voices policy
