We are looking for an experienced HR or recruitment specialist who can help grow our expanding team of frontline volunteers in NSW and QLD. Your role would be:

• Build, improve and implement attraction strategies for frontline volunteers, students on placement and work experience, and work for the role
• Write and post advertisements
• Contact placement agencies
• Contact education institutions
• Send template emails to candidates
• Liaising with the recruitment practitioner who ensures successful candidates are onboarded according to 4 Voices policy 4 Voices is an organisation that helps women in crisis. All candidates will be able to demonstrate compassion and understanding as practical experience in recruitment.
