4 Voices is a growing charity committed to providing practical and immediate support to women in crisis. With over 500 volunteers already we are building a team of people who are united in the fight against domestic violence and social isolation.

We are looking for an experienced Recruitment or People and Culture specialist who can help attract and retain our expanding team of frontline volunteers in NSW and QLD Your role will be to guide and oversee the

• oversee the improvement and implementation of attraction and retention strategies for frontline, phone support and operational services volunteers
• the training function
• implementation and upgrading of policies and procedures
• the volunteer communication and management system
• the building of a culture and a community that is driven by ethics, compassion and empathy
