Data Analyst Volunteer - Program Impact Reporting

Key Responsibilities:

Data Collection:
- Collaborate with COO and Program Leads to gather data on all program streams, including event attendance, participant feedback, engagement metrics, and other relevant impact indicators.
- Develop and implement data collection tools and methodologies to ensure accurate and consistent data gathering across all programs.

Data Analysis:
- Analyse the collected data to identify trends, measure the impact of each program stream, and assess the overall effectiveness of our initiatives.
- Create data visualisations and dashboards that clearly present key findings and insights to the executive team and stakeholders.

Reporting:
- Compile comprehensive data reports for each program stream, highlighting key metrics such as reach, engagement, outcomes, and participant satisfaction.
- Work closely with the COO to ensure that the reports align with organisational goals and are tailored to meet the needs of various stakeholders, including sponsors and partners.

Collaboration:
- Coordinate with Program Leads to ensure timely and accurate data submission.
- Provide recommendations based on data analysis to help optimise program performance and maximise impact.
Qualifications:
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data collection, analysis, and reporting.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, or other relevant software. Experience with data visualisation tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Monday CRM ) is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present data in a clear and impactful way.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy and integrity in data handling.
- Experience in a non-profit environment or in a similar role is preferred but not required.
