Learning & Development Coordinator
As the Learning and Development Coordinator, your role will be to manage a small training team of volunteers to develop, deliver and facilitate training and development programs for all 4 Voices outreach and phone support volunteers.
You will be responsible for ensuring that volunteers have the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to perform their roles effectively.
● Development and implementation of an annual training and development calendar to meet the needs of the outreach and phone support teams.
● Managing the development and implement technical and process training and development programs
● Acquisition of other relevant training
● Training Needs Assessment for all roles within the organisation
● Training Delivery: Facilitating training sessions, workshops, or seminars either in person, through other facilitators (for specific/exceptional topics) or through online platforms
● Learning process management: creating and maintaining training materials, videos, or online courses.
● Evaluation of training delivery to ensure outcomes are achieved
● Talent development - identification of volunteers with skills and abilities to contribute to the organisation.
