Volunteer HTML Developer for Monday CRM

Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented CRM HTML Developer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for customizing and optimizing our CRM platform (e.g., Monday.com) through HTML customization and integration. You should have a strong understanding of HTML and CSS, along with experience in configuring and enhancing CRM systems to meet business requirements.

Responsibilities:

Customize and maintain the CRM system (e.g., Monday.com) using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Implement UI/UX designs into the CRM platform ensuring responsive design principles. Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Troubleshoot and debug issues related to HTML/CSS customization in the CRM. Optimize CRM performance and ensure system stability. Develop and maintain technical documentation related to CRM configurations and customizations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, marketing, and operations to support CRM initiatives.

Skills and Qualifications:

Proficient understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript. Experience customizing CRM systems (e.g., Monday.com) through HTML and CSS modifications. Familiarity with responsive design principles and mobile-first development. Ability to translate UI/UX design wireframes into HTML/CSS code. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Experience working in an Agile development environment is a plus. Knowledge of CRM APIs and integration techniques is advantageous.

Time required

The first 6-8 weeks of this engagement will require up to 10-12 hours per week as the volunteer learns the organisation and is on-boarded. From this time it is estimated that 8 hours per week would be required. Days worked will be up to the volunteer. The organisation is very flexible. If the volunteer wishes to participate in the Go Girl event (not a requirement) then a working with children check is required.
