Admin - Administration Support (various location on Central Coast).

Description of day duties: · Answering phones. · Assist with filing of documents · Entering client orders. · Carry out other administrative duties such as copying, binding, scanning, etc. · Assist in organising meal delivery eskies and run folders for volunteers. · Assist volunteer with the packing of eskies into their car and ensure they are provided with the correct run folder for their deliveries. · Meet with volunteer on the completion of their deliveries and enter their KMs in the appropriate folder, take any meal orders provided to the volunteer and gather any feedback.
· Required to complete tasks under the direction of the Client Service Officer for day-to-day.
· Other duties as discussed with Volunteer and Programs Coordinator.
