Good communication, computer literate, being flexible, quick leaner, time management and be self-motivated, capable of working without direct supervision. · Good public relations skills and project a reliable and professional image and be discrete, diplomatic and persevering. · The ability to connect with older people and those with a disability and make them feel like they matter.
