Primary Ethics is a not-for-profit organisation delivering ethics education to children in over 450 schools in NSW. Ethics lessons invite children to explore everyday ethical issues such as truth and lying, whether something is fair or unfair, cheating and friendship. The students develop skills that are essential in our complex, pressurised world – critical thinking, giving evidence-based reasons for their opinions, being able to discuss and disagree with others respectfully, making well-considered decisions.

Our classes are run completely by volunteers and demand regularly exceeds the number of volunteers available. We are now looking to expand our volunteer base by partnering with organisations to leverage their workplace volunteering programs. That’s where you come in!

We’re looking for a strategist with some background or knowledge of workplace volunteering programs to help us design an effective workplace volunteering strategy. Our aim is to leverage existing workplace volunteering programs, while also creating mutually beneficial partnerships for organisations who work with us.

This role may suit someone with a Corporate Social Responsibility, Human Resources or Marketing background, or someone with experience managing workplace volunteering for your organisation.
