Phone Support - Check In Assistant Role

Responsibilities include:

  • Calling new Partner to connect and complete the Partner Check In form
  • Follow up Partners who do not answer or respond to first contact using the documented process
  • Update relevant information on the Partner's profile
  • Match partner to appropriate Phone Support Volunteer (PSV)
  • Advise partner of the volunteer who is going to support them and the process for initiating first contact using the email templates provided
  • Check in periodically with the Partner to maintain connection and to see-how they are going to ensure they are receiving adequate support

Previous experience in dealing with trauma, DV and suicide to fill this position. in this role you may be exposed to trauma through information that is shared by referred partners.
