Role Overview: Your primary responsibility will be to oversee and coordinate volunteer availability for our sailing programs. As a Crew Coordinator, your focus will be on ensuring adequate volunteer staffing for each sail, guaranteeing that our participants have the support they need. Responsibilities Include: Monitoring and managing the crew roster weekly (approx. 1 hr/week) Communicating with volunteers via email, text, or phone to fill sailing slots (approx. 1-2 hrs/week) Understanding and addressing crew needs on an ongoing basis (approx. 1 hr/week) Assisting in organizing sail training sessions when required (approx. 1 hr/month) Updating crew notifications via email regularly (approx. 1 hr/week) Collecting feedback from the crew (approx. 1 hr/month) Ensuring completion of initial online induction training
