The Outreach Leader - Sydney is an exciting role collaborating with the National Volunteer Manager. In this role you are responsible for motivating and leading the inner Sydney outreach volunteers, including:

• Outreach Team leaders (one for each shift)
• General Volunteers (up to 100)
• Public relations coordinator for your region
• Safety and Compliance facilitation for the region
• Outreach Administration Support assistant
• Outreach Van Caretakers

4 Voices’ mission is to provide support and social, digital, community, employment connections to those who may be or who are at risk of experiencing: ● Social isolation ● Family and domestic violence ● Homelessness.

Through ● Outreach services ● Phone support services (throughout Australia)

It is estimated this role require 6 - 10 hours per week to keep outreach locations operational to support the needs of the vulnerable in our community.

This role has full administrative support allowing the Outreach Leader to focus on the service delivery through leading our outreach volunteer team.
