4 Voices needs help with the provision of mobile phones donated by suppliers. Our Outreach teams complete and submit applications on behalf of vulnerable people who require help with connection through access to a mobile phone. This volunteer position requires approximately 6 hours per week to:

• Monitor applications for mobile phones submitted by our outreach volunteers

• Read and assess the quality of each application in conjunction with criteria for approval

• Advise the volunteer of the outcome of the application (Approved/Not Approved)

• Ensure mobile phone stock is maintained in outreach vans

• Maintain meticulous records of incoming and outgoing stock

• Provide feedback to suppliers (donors) of mobile phones as required

• Full Training and ongoing Coaching provided.
