• Engage and enable consumers to achieve their social goals • Reduce social isolation and increase community engagement • Participate in activities that align with the values and focus of the service • Encourage consumers to attend suitable activities, eg. Community Centres, Clubs and Groups, Sporting and other community-based activities • Identify capacities and interests and take direction from them as to how they would like to connect with the community • Assist with cooking in their homes, gardening and having a coffee for one-on-one engagement.
