We are again looking for two volunteers for the positions of Information and Referral Officers in our Midland branch. The days would be one for Mondays and one for Thursdays.

Our Information & Referral Officers act as the first point of contact for clients and answer calls, emails and face to face queries on a wide range of issues. They assist people by providing information and referrals, looking at options available and booking legal appointments when needed. Our volunteers do not give legal advice

You will be required to undertake two-day training course in our Perth office in addition to ongoing training that will provide knowledge on how to look for appropriate information, referrals and when it is appropriate to book legal appointments.
