The Citizens Advice Bureau began in Perth in March 1963. Citizens Advice Bureau (CAB) is an independent, not-for-profit organisation connecting people all over Western Australia with information and services so they can make independent and informed decisions. We provide information and referral, a low-cost legal advice service on a wide range of issues, and a mediation service. We provide Legal, and Will and Probate services. The CAB provides ongoing training for all staff both salaried and volunteer, to enable all staff to give the best possible information and assistance to our customers. The CAB has branches in Joondalup, Fremantle, Mandurah, Rockingham, Kwinana, Busselton, Albany and Esperance
