-The Key responsibilities and task for the Green Team Volunteer Position include: -Providing a warm welcome to families and guests as they arrive at Ronald McDonald House -Support employees in responding to family enquiries -Taking care of the front and rear outdoor space including, The Peace Garden, driveway and car parking area, green space, play areas and storage rooms including: -Tending to plants -Raking, watering and removal of garden waste -Removal of spider webs and debris -Clearing and maintaining rubbish -General cleaning including maintaining outdoor glass windows and doors -Maintaining gardening equipment -Operating domestic garden equipment -Maintaining of store rooms -Any other task which has been deemed appropriate by Family & Volunteer Coordinator and Operations Manager
