Situated on Melbourne Street, North Adelaide and only a short walk to the Women’s and Children’s Hospital, the House can accommodate up to 20 families each night. Our House is spread across two sites. The House, which accommodates 10 families, is best described as communal living with motel-style accommodation. In May 2011, we opened ten, two bedroom self-contained apartments, which are directly opposite the existing House. Our dedicated team of volunteers, staff and supporters are all committed to ensuring that quality care, stability and vital resources are provided to our families when they need it most. Our volunteers are a vital part of the team and are the "heart" of the House.
