Telelink - storytelling of tales from foreign countries | Social Support
Uniting Victoria And TasmaniaUniting seeks volunteers who can host a fortnightly TeleLink call on Tuesdays from 1-2pm and whisk participants away to foreign countries with their storytelling abilities. Telelink is a telephone support program which connects small groups across Melbourne.
Create exciting travel content about these destinations which describe the culture, landscape, food and interesting facts. You'll need strong communication skills and an interest in further developing skills in facilitation; ability to facilitate groups so all participants are actively engaged, and share their travel stories. Help participants create connections that they can pursue outside the group activity.
