Would you like to join our team of Social Support Volunteers? If you are a friendly person who would like to assist our clients achieve their social goals and become more connected to the community, we would love to hear from you.

We are currently looking for a social support volunteer for Lynne Lynne describes herself as chatty, friendly with a good sense of humour, she likes spending time with her cat, reading the newspaper and magazines, watching TV, catching up with her family via facetime. In the past Lynne loved to do oil painting. Lynne would prefer to be connected to a mature female volunteer so they can share stories and chat on any number of topics, she would like a weekly visit after 10.30 on either Wednesday or Thursday.

As a valued member of the Social Support team you will have access to ongoing training and development opportunities, meeting new people and develop new skills. You will have support from a dedicated volunteer coordinator who will assist you throughout your volunteer journey. You will be volunteering to inspire people, enliven communities and confronting injustice to make an impact in your community.
