Uniting Social Support Program keeps people connected to the community to support them to live a happy and healthy life. The program assists people to keep doing the things they love. Whatever ‘living life to the fullest’ looks like for them, we support to make it happen.

We are currently looking for a kind and caring volunteer to support An-Ni An-Ni is a bright and bubbly and loves learning new things, she is particularly interested in history and world news. She is looking for a volunteer to visit weekly on Thursday's fortnightly to engage in some lively and interesting conversation.

The visit will take place in her home due to mobility issues and a vision impairment. You'll have effective communication skills and an ability to support An-Ni* to creatively reconnect with her interests. Visits will take place weekly/fortnightly at An-Ni"s home. Induction, ongoing supervision and opportunities for professional development provided.
