Do you have great customer service skills? Join our Emergency Relief team and assist delivery of services to consumers. Our refurbished Centre assists vulnerable members of the community by providing food, showers, clothes washing, material and financial aid support. The reception/emergency relief volunteer will liaise with various people including consumers that present to the Emergency Relief Centre for support.

Some of the duties required:

Greeting all visitors into the Centre, answering calls and making appointments as required Support welfare worker and consumers through the process Maintaining the reception and food pantry areas with supplies Handing out supplies as required by consumers Direct consumers to services and assist Adhoc administration duties including data entry Keeping a safe and clean environment Pickups from various outlets as required.
