Sacred Heart Mission is a local Melbourne charity focused on elevating disadvantage, social exclusion, and homelessness. Volunteering in our Op Shops is absolutely crucial to the rest of the Mission as they provide the funding that allows our other services to run. Since launching our successful online store we have been inundated with requests and now need more hands on deck to help out!! All the money earned by the store flows directly back in to our client services.

Responsibilities: We are looking for a mature and enthusiastic individual with a passion for donated goods. Tasks will include

• answering phone calls and responding to online form enquiries
• gaining as much info as possible to vet whether we can or cannot pick up somebody's donations An opportunity for someone with computer skills, a good phone manner, and being comfortable with politely saying no to people.
