Customer Service is a rewarding, and exciting experience and is often the first contact a passenger has with a PRR volunteer.

Pichi Richi Railway is a professional organisation adhering to the various standards and rail safety rules and we have a wide variety of Customer Service roles throughout the organisation which include Passenger Attendants, Car Captains (tour guides), Refreshments, Special Events and more. Ideally you have a friendly happy attitude and are interested in enhancing the customer experience, and can maintain a professional demeanour at all times when interacting with our passengers and our PRR team members.

First Aid certification and training an advantage. An introductory orientation, training and mentoring support is available.
