Administrative Assistant

- Handling and maintaining file system.
- General administration duties.
- Maintain contact lists.
- Submit and reconcile expense reports.
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
- Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients.
- Organize and schedule appointments.
- Plan meetings and take detailed minutes.
- Write and distribute correspondence email,memos,forms and faxes.
- Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers.
- Collaborate with director,manager and other stakeholders.
Requirement and Qualification
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant, virtual assistant or office admin assistant.
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suit.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Good leadership skills.
- Good computer software skills.
- NO students, No Part-time or full-time worker.
- Flexible to work from Monday to Friday for 3 to 4 hours.
- Minimum of 6 months commitment required.
