Queensland Conservation Council

Queensland Conservation Council (QCC) is the leading independent voice for the environment in Queensland, representing more than 50 community environment groups across the state. With the help of our supporters, we have been working to protect, conserve and sustain Queensland's environment since 1969. Our vision is a healthy environment and a safe climate for all, and we will achieve this through uniting people in a powerful movement for nature and climate justice. QCC brings together Queenslanders who care about our natural environment and climate change. By working together we can make our voices heard and create a better future for our environment, our communities and our kids. You can learn more about our campaigns on our website, sign up for our email updates to keep up with our work and learn more about how you can help. QCC acknowledges that we meet and work on the land of the Jagera and Turrbal. We wish to pay respect to their Elders — past and present — and acknowledge the important role all Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people play in protecting, conserving and sustaining Queensland.
