We are leaders in connection, positively enhancing the lives of older Australians who are vulnerable to loneliness and isolation. Our goal is to increase inclusiveness and connection by creating a community where everyone feels valued, comfortable and can belong through our Connect2One, Connect2You, and Interests2Enjoy programs.
