Cystic Fibrosis Community Care (CFCC) has a new name, CF Together. CF Together is a national organisation dedicated to advancing progress for people living with cystic fibrosis. CF Together is committed to changing the future of cystic fibrosis (CF) in Australia. Working tirelessly with the CF community to support their needs in everything we do, we aim to advance treatment and improve the lives of every Australian living with CF, and their families and carers. For over half a century, we've been committed to enhancing the quality of life for people living with cystic fibrosis. But it’s now time to raise the bar. The management landscape for people living with cystic fibrosis has changed dramatically over the last decade. As treatment options evolve, people living with CF are navigating exciting new possibilities, but this can also create uncertainty. These new needs demand a different approach. CF Together reflects this changing need with a new way of doing things. A fresher, bolder, driven approach designed to meet the current and future needs of the cystic fibrosis community.
