Friends of Onkaparinga provides opportunities for public participation in the management of National Reserves, Heritage Sites and Wildlife. Volunteers contribute by way of manual work, fund raising, educational and cultural promotion and social activities. The Friends of Park Scheme is suitable to people of any age, gender, nationality, occupation and natural ability. There is something for everybody. No special qualifications are essential Each Friends Group requires a small joining fee and operates autonomously in contact with the District Rangers.
