Access Sydney Community Transport is a not-for-profit organisation that provides social support services to Aged Care clients in the city and eastern suburbs of Sydney. Access Sydney also provides accessible and affordable transport for older people, people with disability and people who are transport disadvantaged in the City and Inner West areas of Sydney.
