Country Volunteer Ambulance Officer- Northam & Surroundings
St John WAWe are currently looking for volunteers to train as Ambulance Officers in the Wheatbelt.
If you think you have what it takes to change lives, we want to hear from you. So what will Volunteering as an Ambulance Officer involve? Major duties include: • Providing quality ambulance care and transport for the sick and injured. • Transferring patients between hospitals, clinics, nursing homes and, sometimes, the Royal Flying Doctor Service. • Transporting patients with medical conditions from their homes to a hospital or medical centre. • Responding swiftly and efficiently to emergency calls within the community.
Throughout your volunteering role you will receive the highest standard of training and mentorship from our trained health care professionals. We are with you every step of the way.
