Assisting Your Life to Achieve AYLA Inc. are NDIS registered, they provide emergency relief in food, clothing and furniture, low cost food centre, counselling, life coaching, skills labs and workshops for youth, seniors, families with low-social economic background and people with mental health. AYLA Inc. is looking for a competent Manager who can assist in our over-all operations. You will oversee the operation of our op shop DION Charity Market Pace, the food bank and donation intake and distribution management and feedback to the CEO’s of the organisation. By managing day-to-day activities and writing reports and liaising with other team members from different areas of operations, the manager plays a vital role in our organisation. The manager is also encouraged to suggest alternative methods to increase operational efficiency through review/monitoring.

Other duties of the Manager include: • Planning and controlling change • Supervising new employees • Managing quality assurance programs • Review and suggest alternative methods to increase operational efficiency • Setting and reviewing budgets and managing cost • Overseeing inventory, distribution of goods and facility layout • Till operations • Cash up • Roster organising Please note we require all volunteers to provide a current Police Clearance and Working with Children Check. This position can be a job share to cover hours Monday to Friday from 9.30 am to 4.30 pm, Saturday 9.30 am to 3.00 pm and Sunday from 11.00 am to 3.00 pm.
