STP is an innovative project assisting tenants who are at high risk of losing their tenancy. We are seeking Graduates, Students and experienced volunteers who can provide intensive tenancy support to the most marginalised and vulnerable people. Volunteers assist tenant to/towards stablise a tenancy.

Skills required: Graduates and students - STP program provide practical experience to enhance qualifications in the areas of (Students 2nd year plus) Social Workers, Human Services, Medicine, Paramedics, Nurses, Teachers, Criminology, Pharmacy and related social science and health industries.

Volunteer characteristics: We are seeking maturity, ability to work unsupervised and within tight deadlines, strong communicator, ability to maintain strong boundaries, Action orientated, flexible, a good people's person, good sense of humour, good computer skills.

Skills gained: Direct experience in working with high need tenants, gaining practical experience, implementing educational theory into practice, satisfaction in successfully sustaining tenancies, developing networks with Govt and community organisations.
