Due to new commitments, one of our current volunteers in now unavailable. Therefore we have an exciting opportunity available Tuesdays from 9am until 2.30pm plus relief to cover same hrs Wednesdays very occasionally, should a team member be ill or on holidays.

We are located inside Forrest Personnel Northam (about 1.5hrs from Perth) in a safe and secure environment.

As well as assisting volunteers to find suitable positions you will also be helping the Hub Coordinator with administrative tasks and assist as required to deliver best practice to Volunteer Involving Organisations including how to recruit, reward, retain and recognise volunteers.

Duties will include maintaining Excel spreadsheets (data only) and using other Microsoft Office programs as required, answering the telephone and email inquiries, attending pop up stalls in an effort to raise awareness about our free services, assisting us to deliver special recognition events such as National Volunteer Week and helping us set up training and information style events.

A $20 per day reimbursement is available to the successful applicant. This position qualifies towards a Centrelink Mutual Obligation for over 55yrs requirement if applicable.
