Events Management Assistant Volunteer

Supporting the Events Management team, this role will allow volunteers to develop their event management, teamwork, community engagement skills and gain valuable experience working for one of Ipswich's leading charities.

These events include but are not limited to; Park2Park Charity Run, Ipswich 100, our 'Go Pink' Breast Cancer Awareness Month and our Christmas campaign events.

Event Assistant Volunteers will need to be reliable with good time management skills, comfortable working in a small team as well as in large crowds during events. You will need to be willing and able to assist in the lead-up to events, as well as event bump-in and bump-out. This role may require you to promote the Foundation at events as well as direct people and prospective volunteers to our website.

All volunteers will need to have their own travel arrangements to and from the venue/site.
