Do you have great customer service skills and enjoy working in a busy office environment? Encounter Centre are looking for an experienced office clerk/receptionist to assist with general administration and reception duties.
Encounter Centre are very keen to hear from volunteers who possess the following skills and attributes;

- excellent phone manner
- high level attention to detail
- excellent written and verbal communication skills
- neat and professional personal presentation
- computer literate including a good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite of products.
Responsibilities of the role include but not limited to;
- Answering and directing incoming calls
- meeting and greeting visitors
- data entry
- sorting of daily mail
- archiving and filing
- general administrative duties
