Capecare Volunteer Program requires volunteers for up to 15 hours per week to assist with diverse tasks over 2 or 3 days per weekon either a Monday or Friday and a day mid week. Volunteer roles are designed to fit with volunteer skills and interests and gaps in Capecare's volunteer service provision. For example, volunteers may be asked to assist on a weekend day once a month. Volunteers are provided with ongoing support from staff and are able to access Capecare Training. Capecare was previously known as Ray Village.
