Foodbank SA believes the Food Hub model of emergency food distribution provides an essential relief to food insecurity for people experiencing financial hardship.

Food Hub Customer Assistant volunteers play a vital role in assisting Food Hub customers with their shopping and processing customers' vouchers and shopping at the checkout in a grocery-store style food-relief ship.

Volunteers must be confident using computers and EFTPOS facilities (will receive training and support in the use of the MYOB Retail Manager shop front program.)

Foodbank values the hard work and talents of our volunteers. This is a very rewarding community service role.
