Retail Assistants - Kingston

    • National Police Certificate *

    Customer service and retail experience an advantage.
    Must be honest and reliable with a friendly nature and have the ability to work harmoniously within a team environment.. A basic level of literacy and numeracy skills is required.
    As part of our formal process, potential volunteers are required to have a National Police check (no cost to yourself); and reference check - these are discussed through the interview process.
    Please Note:As each organisation provides different levels/types of insurance, volunteers are reminded to check with the organisation as to the level of coverage for volunteers due to various restrictions to ensure they are covered for the roles they will be undertaking.

Volunteers who work in our Op Shops make a real difference by creating a sense of community outreach.... Key tasks include:

Customer service; Point of sale - cash register and EFTPOS transactions; Sorting and pricing stock ready for sale.
